What is your return policy? +

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached. Sale items marked Final Sale, gift cards, worn or damaged items, and customized items are not eligible for return.

Do you offer exchanges? +

Yes, we offer exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, as long as the desired size or color is in stock.

When will I receive my refund? +

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Where do you ship? +

We ship throughout the U.S. and internationally. U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing, while international delivery can take 7–21 business days depending on location.

How do I track my order? +

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What if my package is delayed or lost? +

While most orders arrive on time, delays may occur due to weather, postal service issues, or customs. If your package is lost in transit, contact us at thescrubtrapco@gmail.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
