We want you to love your scrubs. If something isn’t right, we’ll work to make it better.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Eligible Returns Must Be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags attached and in original packaging
• Free of stains, deodorant marks, or odors

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or clearance items marked Final Sale
• Gift cards
• Worn or damaged items
• Customized or personalized items

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Eligible items may be exchanged (if in stock) within the 14-day return window.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email. Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
